My sound letter.

 WALT talk about what we are learning.

I wanted to share with my family what I was learning about sound

Dear Mum and Dad.                                                            

We’ve been learning about sound. I learnt that sound is energy and power. There are particles around you. When you make a noise, the particles bump into each other and they make the sound travel to your ear. They travel into your ear and they hit your eardrum and they take the sound message to your brain and your brain tells you what the sound is.

There is no air in space so that means there is no sound in space. Sound needs air to travel in. 

Sound is Vibrations. It can make rice jump and even it can  make the hundreds and thousands jump and make the Ping pong ball vibrate.
